He also pledged that a large temple dedicated to Sita Mata will be constructed while speaking at the Ahmedabad event known as “Shashwat Mithila Mahotsav 2025.”
Ahmedabad: On Sunday, Union Minister Amit Shah praised the people of Bihar and Mithilanchal for their contributions to Gujarat’s growth, pointing out that the region has a long history of strong democracy and philosophy.
He also pledged that a large temple dedicated to Sita Mata will be constructed while speaking at the Ahmedabad event known as “Shashwat Mithila Mahotsav 2025.”
When I visited Bihar for the Lok Sabha elections, I stated that since Ram Mandir had been constructed, it was now time to construct a magnificent Sita Mata temple. According to him, the temple would send a message to the entire world about the strength of women and how life should be perfect in every manner.
“The people from Mithilanchal and Bihar who have settled in Gujarat have contributed significantly to its growth,” he remarked, reassuring them that they were welcome, safe, and respected in the State.
From the Ramayana to Mahabharat, the land of Mithila has been home to thinkers, and the ancient kingdom of Videha is considered the birthplace of democracy.
“The people of Videha cannot be defeated as long as they coexist,” Mahatma Buddha had stated often. Mithilanchal demonstrated itself to be a powerful democratic force that persisted in spreading its message throughout the entire nation for many years. He claimed that Shastrartha also inhabited Mithilanchal.
According to Amit Shah, Mithilanchal is the source of four of India’s six major philosophies.
