Navi Mumbai Teacher Booked Under POCSO Act for Sending Porn to Students
A female teacher has been booked for sending students pornographic videos and making inappropriate video calls.
According to the POCSO Act, a school teacher in Navi Mumbai was detained for allegedly emailing children pornographic movies and conducting inappropriate video calls.
In a troubling situation, police revealed Wednesday that a female teacher from a Navi Mumbai private school had been arrested under the POCSO Act for allegedly making inappropriate video chats with her children.
Police officials claim that the teacher shared sexual movies with male students and engaged in vulgar behaviour while on the phone with them.
A complaint from a student’s family brought the issue to light. After that, authorities reportedly discovered offensive material on the complainant’s and the teacher’s phones.
After then, the instructor was arrested.
Although they haven’t made any official complaints, police think two other pupils might have been impacted as well. To find out if there are more victims, authorities are currently interviewing other pupils at the school.
