Bhagalpur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the 19th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme on Monday, transferring more than Rs 22,000 crore into the bank accounts of 9.8 crore farmers nationwide.

On the occasion, a number of Union ministers, MPs, MLAs, state authorities, and central ministry representatives were also in attendance.
The Prime Minister said earlier in the day that the administration was dedicated to enhancing the lives of India’s ‘annadatas’ (farmers) and was proud of them.
He responded to a MyGovIndia discussion on X by saying, “We are proud of our annadatas and our commitment to improve their lives.”
